There is no magic number, but consistency beats volume. A steady rhythm your audience can rely on works better than bursts of activity followed by silence.

Starting points per network

  • Telegram channel: 1 to 3 posts a day. Subscribers opted in and expect updates.
  • Facebook Page: 3 to 5 posts a week.
  • Instagram: 3 to 5 feed posts a week, each with a strong image.
  • LinkedIn: 2 to 3 posts a week during working hours.
  • X (Twitter): several short posts a day work well; the feed moves fast.
  • Pinterest: regular Pins (several a week) help boards get discovered over time.

Quality first

Every post should help someone: explain a service, answer a common question, share an offer or show a result. If a post would not interest you as a customer, skip it.

Keep it sustainable

  1. Describe your business and services once, clearly.
  2. Let a tool draft posts from that description so you never start from a blank page.
  3. Review posts in batches, for example every morning, instead of writing each one.
  4. Check what gets published and what fails, and adjust the schedule monthly.

Auto Piko does steps 2 and 3 for you: set a frequency per account and approve posts in bulk. See how it works.
